Position Overview

JustiFi is growing, and we are adding a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will sell into emerging platforms and small enterprise prospects. Your finesse in getting the buy-in of multiple stakeholders will be valuable in this role. Your ability to understand the unique challenges our customers face and find the fit, recommend a path forward, and present solutions that solve our customers’ challenges will create success for you. The experience you bring in the vertical SaaS, payment processing, or fintech space will be highly valued for this role. 

Responsibilities:

  • Account Planning: Utilize JustiFi’s CRM and supporting technologies to identify high-potential prospect accounts.
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Implement targeted outreach and account penetration strategies to key verticals and accounts in partnership with your marketing and business development teammates. 
  • Solution Sales: Evaluate prospective customer fit based on technical, business, and financial requirements to best position JustiFi’s solutions.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement an annual business plan to support quota attainment through accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting.
  • Networking: Use past experiences and relationships to introduce and sell JustiFi to vertical SaaS platforms, fintechs, banks, franchise systems, and marketplaces with significant annual transaction volume.
  • Consultative Relationship Management: Develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with all key-buying influences in each account. This will consist of multiple levels within the customer’s organization, including the C suite and, most often, within the product, revenue, and finance departments.
  • Presentations & Negotiations: Presentation Develop and deliver customer presentations, generate proposals, prepare sales quotations, plan customer meetings, and collaborate internally with Operations, Product, and Engineering.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide communication of current market intelligence back to the business.
  • Product Mastery: Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Travel: Travel to customer sites and attend industry trade shows as needed.

 

Experience and qualities for success in the Senior Account Executive role:

  • 3+ years of relevant sales/closing experience with enterprise customers.
  • Strong internal motivation to excel in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience.
  • Knowledgeable about Vertical SaaS, fintech/payment processing, or related financial products.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating a multi-level sales process with multiple stakeholders.
  • High-level of accountability and commitment
  • Communication and organizational skills
  • Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented
