Position Overview

JustiFi is growing, and we are adding a Market Development Representative to our team. As a Market Development Representative (MDR), you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing teams and contributing to our growth. Your primary responsibility will be to use cutting-edge tools and workflows to identify, research, and categorize prospects for our sales team while supporting marketing with asset support and demand generation. You will manage and maintain our database of leads, ensuring the data is clean, up-to-date, and organized. Your role will also involve content creation, analytics, competitor analysis, market analysis, and marketing support.

What you will do in the Market Development Representative role:

  • Research and Prospect Planning: Researching and identifying potential leads and categorizing them based on various parameters.
  • Data Management: Managing and maintaining the database of Marketing Targets, Marketing Qualified Lead (MQLs), and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Sales Support: Providing the sales team with all the necessary information and tools they need for successful call preparation, outreach, and conversion.
  • Marketing Support: Assisting in marketing efforts by helping to create and distribute marketing materials, execute targeted digital sequences, participating in social media efforts, and helping to organize and promote events and webinars.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies, share market insights, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Analytics: Analyzing data related to leads, such as engagement rates, response rates, and conversion rates.
