Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in driving our business development efforts by identifying and qualifying leads, engaging with prospective clients, and setting the stage for successful sales conversations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads using various tools and databases to build a robust pipeline of prospects for the sales team.
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound communication through phone calls, emails, and social media to engage with prospective clients and introduce them to the company’s solutions.
- Qualify Leads: Evaluate and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they align with the company’s target market and have a high potential for conversion.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team to facilitate further discussion and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively communicate the value of the company’s software and address potential objections.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies, share insights, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
